Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once access to NAMI TradingView indicators has been granted, the purchase cannot be reversed, refunded, or credited.
Why No Refunds?
NAMI indicators are digital software delivered instantly via TradingView. Once your TradingView username is granted access, the product has been fully delivered and cannot be "returned." This is consistent with standard practices for digital goods across the industry.

Access Issues
If you experience any issues accessing your indicators after purchase, contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue. Access problems are not grounds for a refund — we will work with you to ensure delivery.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us directly will result in immediate revocation of indicator access and a permanent ban from all NAMI Trading products and services.
