Agreement to Terms
By accessing namitrading.com or purchasing any NAMI Trading products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or purchase our products.
Company Information
NAMI Trading is a brand operated by Sneeze Guarder Inc. All references to "NAMI Trading," "we," "us," or "our" refer to Sneeze Guarder Inc DBA NAMI Trading.
Products and Services
NAMI Trading sells proprietary TradingView indicators and related digital products. Our products are software tools designed to assist with technical analysis. They are delivered digitally through the TradingView platform.
License Grant
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the NAMI indicators on your personal TradingView account for the duration of your selected plan. You may not:
- Share, redistribute, or resell access to the indicators
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
- Share screenshots or recordings of the indicator's proprietary settings or internals
- Use the indicators on behalf of a third party or as part of a commercial signal service without written permission
- Transfer your license to another TradingView account without our approval
Access Duration
- 6-Month Plan: Access for 6 months from the date of purchase
- 12-Month Plan: Access for 12 months from the date of purchase
- Lifetime Plan: Access for as long as NAMI Trading operates and maintains the indicators on TradingView
Payments
All prices are listed in USD. We accept payment via PayPal, Venmo, and Solana Pay. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect existing purchases.

Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing an accurate TradingView username at the time of purchase
- Maintaining the security of your TradingView and Discord accounts
- Any activity that occurs under your account
Termination
We reserve the right to revoke indicator access and ban users who:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or redistribute our indicators
- File fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes
- Engage in abusive behavior toward staff or community members
- Use the indicators as part of an unauthorized commercial service
Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.
Intellectual Property
All NAMI Trading indicators, branding, website content, and related materials are the intellectual property of Sneeze Guarder Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our indicators will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific trading requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sneeze Guarder Inc DBA NAMI Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
