Refund policy

1.2. Payment: Subscription fees will be billed on a monthly basis. You agree to pay the subscription fees and any other charges incurred in connection with your account.
1.3. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that you must cancel your subscription before it renews to avoid the billing of the next period’s fees to your payment method.
1.4. No Refunds: There are no refunds for any subscription services already rendered. Each billing cycle is non-refundable.
1.5. Automatic Renewal: Unless you cancel, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period.
2. Single Purchase
2.1. No Refund Policy: All sales of our single purchase product are final. We do not offer refunds once the purchase is made.
2.2. Product Use: The purchase of our product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product according to these terms.
3. Limitation of Liability
3.1. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NAMI Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the products; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the products; (c) any content obtained from the products; and (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1. Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in and to our products, including all associated intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of NAMI Trading and its licensors.
4.2. License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our products for your personal and business use. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of any product, or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of any product or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
5. General Terms
5.1. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
5.2. Governing Law: These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
5.3. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our products will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
